Useful information
Is parking available?
Yes, free parking at 350 metres. We will take you there. Available until 10:30 after check-out.
The cost of parking is € 6 per day.
Are bikes available?
Villa Lucia’s bikes are available to all guests. If you wish to have a bike available for the whole day, you can rent it at a retail store at about 200 m from us. We accept no responsibility for the use of the bikes and any breakage costs are borne by the guest. Bikes cannot be booked.
What are the details of check-in and check-out?
Check in and therefore entry to the room is scheduled until 22:00 on the day of arrival.
After this time, check-in is not allowed and will be postponed the following day from 08:00.
Check-out: by 10:00.
Late check-out (if possible and previously agreed) 20 € per person and up to 17:00 on the same day.
Access to the room is permitted only to registered persons.
Costs and rates
These are all easily accessible via our calculation system on the main page.
Rates and total costs are not subject to review.
The reservation is confirmed only after having left a deposit or having paid in advance.
Green safety
It is not recommended to leave connected electronic equipment in the room unless supervised.
Do you have a luggage storage service?
Yes, and it’s free.
Smokers
As in any public facility, smoking in the room is forbidden.
What are the breakfast times?
From 8:00 to 10:30 am. (Breakfast served before is to be requested from the management and subject to an extra cost).
Decency and style
During breakfast, we require a proper behaviour and decency, please keep an eye on particularly lively children.
Silence is appreciated throughout the day.
Bar
At Villa Lucia, you have a well-stocked bar for coffees, aperitifs, alcoholic drinks, beers, etc. At the bar, you aren’t allowed to use bottles and drinks purchased outside our facility.
Bicycle and monocycle storage
The storage of bicycles is subject to a cost of € 4 per day per bike.
Service Room
Every day we tidy up and arrange every room as well as possible. The change of towels and face cloths is done daily. Room cleaning is guaranteed by 12.30.
The use of towels is only allowed inside the structure.
Are small pets allowed?
No, they aren’t
Comments and Social Networks
We are committed to giving the best of services and hospitality; we appreciate comments and reports about our services.
We know that comments on Social Networks (Facebook, Trip Advisor, Booking.com, etc.) are important, above all to evaluate whether to book or not, but not for this we want to be subject to or slaves of comments damaging our image when they aren’t true. If we register such violations, we will act accordingly.
